I am really struggling with something that's been bothering me for a bit. For the last few months, my partner and I have noticed that we seem to finish way too quickly during sex. Like, it feels rushed and not enjoyable, and I can see the disappointment on their face sometimes, which really gets to me. I've tried to relax more and not think about it, but I end up overthinking and it just makes things worse. I’ve read a lot about “how to increase time of sex” but nothing really works or sticks, you know? I did some research on Ayurvedic remedies and I think it could help me— I've come across stuff like ashwagandha and some herbal formulations, but I'm pretty confused about how to actually use them.
