Hello I can understand your concern regarding Slow metabolism and chronic constipation with History of intestinal worms/parasites and Gut sensitivity (wound in gut) but dont worry we are here to help you out😊

✅ Treatment Goal

Strengthen digestive fire Expel intestinal parasites Heal and lubricate the intestinal wall Restore metabolic and hormonal balance Stabilize mind and stress response

✅STEPWISE AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT

✅Purvakarma (Preparatory Phase – 7 Days) ( Kindle Agni and prepare the gut for cleansing.)

👉1 glass of warm water with ¼ tsp dry ginger powder + pinch of black salt

1 Hingvashtak Churna ½ tsp with ghee or warm water( before food) 2 Triphala churna 1 tsp in warm water at bed time

✔️Warm, light food: moong dal khichdi, cumin, ajwain, turmeric, and ghee ❌Avoid raw salads and cold drinks

✅ Shodhana (Main Cleansing Phase – 7 to 10 Days)

(This is your anti-parasite (Krimihara) phase)

1 Vidanga Churna 1 tsp + warm water Potent deworming action Early morning (empty stomach) 2 Krimimudgar Ras (125 mg) with honey, once daily After breakfast (Anti-parasitic and anti-inflammatory) 3 Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tab + Gandhak Rasayan 1 tab after dinner (Liver detox + gut lining repair) 4Triphala + Haritaki churna 1 tsp at bed time (Gentle bowel cleansing)

👉Midday meal Include buttermilk with rock salt, cumin & ajwain Improves gut flora and clears Ama

Note: During this phase, mild looseness of stool is normal — it indicates expulsion of toxins and parasites.

✅ Rasayana & Gut Healing Phase (Post-Cleanse – 4 to 6 Weeks)

Once cleansing is complete, the aim is to heal mucosa and rebuild strength.

1 Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp after lunch (Balances Pitta, prevents acidity) 2 Shatavari Kalpa 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily (Hormonal balance & gut healing) 3 Guduchi Satva 1 tsp daily with lukewarm water (Immunity booster & anti-inflammatory) 4. Ashwagandha Lehyam 1 tsp at night (Calms stress and improves metabolism)

✅DIET MODIFICATION

✅INCLUDE-

Warm, freshly cooked meals with ghee or sesame oil Cooked vegetables like lauki, pumpkin, ridge gourd, bottle gourd Soups with cumin, black pepper, and coriander Herbal teas of tulsi, ginger, or fennel Hydration: warm water or cumin-fennel water throughout the day

❌AVOID Cold, raw, and refrigerated foods Excess dairy, sugar, white flour, and refined oils Seafood, meat, and eggs during the cleanse Heavy, oily, fermented foods (cheese, pickles, bread)

✅ Lifestyle & Daily Regimen (Dinacharya)

Wake early (Brahma Muhurta) – supports Agni and bowel movement

Drink warm lemon water with a pinch of black salt every morning

Abhyanga (oil massage) – with sesame or castor oil before bath, twice weekly

Mild yoga: Pavanamuktasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana to stimulate digestion

Pranayama: Anulom Vilom and Bhramari for stress reduction and hormonal harmony

Meditation: Continue your daily practice — it balances Vata and enhances healing

Chronic parasites and sluggish digestion often reflect unprocessed stress and emotions lodged in the gut.

Continue your meditation practice, and include grounding activities — gardening, walking barefoot on earth, warm oil self-massage — to stabilize Apana Vata and restore natural gut rhythm.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

To address your concerns with parasites and general well-being, considering your dosha combination and current symptoms, it’s worth noting that your imbalanced kapha and pitta doshas might be affecting your digestion and stress levels. Repeating a similar cure that worked for you previously could indeed bring back beneficial results.

Start by preparing a gentle 14-day anti-parasitic regimen. Include warm meals and emphasize on strengthening your digestive fire (agni). Continue incorporating triphala, a revered mixture of three fruits that harmonizes digestion and elimination. Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bed. It would help, especially with constipation and ensuring regular bowel movement.

Include Hing (asafoetida) in your meals as a natural digestive aid and anti-parasitic agent. Use a small pinch, enough to season your meal, avoiding overusage due to its intense flavor and strength. Ensure your diet consists of cooked, easily digestible meals, favoring light, spiced and warm dishes that pacify kapha and don’t aggravate pitta.

Alongside your dietary approaches, drink plenty of lukewarm water through the day. This helps keep your metabolism moving and supports digestive processes. Incorporating ginger tea with a slice of lemon can also be beneficial, promoting detoxification and enhancing digestion.

Your internal stress could be reduced by integrating Brahmi or Ashwagandha into your routine. Brahmi calms the nervous system while Ashwagandha supports stress management and rejuvenation. Consider taking them in capsule form, as directed on the product label or advised by a professional.

Finally, glancing at your hormonal balance, practicing regular yoga or pranayama may support overall endocrine function. Prioritize restorative poses and mindful breathing exercises. Given your unique health context, as you are taking L-Tyrosine and have healthcare needs, it is wise to keep in touch with a healthcare provider to ensure your regimen aligns well with your current treatments.

Before implementing any herbal or substantial dietary changes, especially considering your wound and medication, consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner personally could be very beneficial for navigating any contraindications related to your current medication or health condition.
