I am dealing with something kinda embarrassing and not sure who to ask, but here goes. For a while now, I keep reading about how to massage pennis and really wanna know if it's safe and what techniques could work, y'know? I recently started to feel a bit of tense discomfort down there, like it’s not painful but just feels off? No actual health issues or anything severe, I’ve been to the doc, and all my tests came back normal. He mentioned somethin about relaxation techniques though, and that got me curious about massages for pennis (sorry if this is awkward!). I mean, I’ve tried just basic stretches but I’ve never really thought about massaging. I wonder if there’s specific techniques or oils that could enhance everything?
