I am really struggling with this nasty cough and cold, and it feels like it's been dragging on forever! Just last week, I thought I was getting better but then bam, back to square one. I've tried some over-the-counter meds but honestly, they don’t seem to help much. I've been hearing that eating fresh fruits can help, especially with something like this. I keep seeing posts about how certain fruits can be natural remedies, but I’m not sure what to focus on. I’ve heard that citrus fruits like oranges and lemons are good, and I also read somewhere that pineapple can be helpful?? But, I wonder, which fruit is good for cough and cold? Sometimes I feel like I’m stuck in a fog from all that cough syrup. I really want to try something more natural. Like, last night I made a smoothie with bananas and berries, but it didn’t help the cough at all. Do you think there’s a specific fruit that’s better than others, or is it more about getting a variety? I'm just super confused and need some guidance, anything would help at this point!
