I am really confused about something that’s been bothering me. Last week, my aunt recommended I try some homeopathic remedies for this awful cold I've had on and off for months now. She says they're way better than anything else. But then, I started thinking about Ayurvedic treatments because my friend swears by them! I mean, homeopathic or ayurvedic which is better?! I’ve read a bit about both, but it’s like a whole jungle of info out there, you know? I tried homeopathic pills for my allergies before, and honestly, I didn't see much difference, but then again, my mom claims Ayurvedic herbs helped her. It's making me wonder if I should give Ayurveda a shot instead. My colds are always accompanied by this annoying cough, and sometimes I feel all achy like I've been hit by a truck! Do you think one is more effective than the other, like homeopathic or ayurvedic which is better for my ongoing cold and those allergy issues? Also, if I go the Ayurvedic route, are there specific herbs I should look for, or should I start with some basic stuff to see? I just want to feel better, you know?
