I am really struggling with low libido lately and it’s starting to affect my relationship. It's weird because I don’t feel super stressed or anything, but I just can’t seem to get into the mood. Like, I could focus on work or other stuff just fine, but when it comes to intimacy, it’s like there's a wall. I've tried a few things like changing my diet a bit and even keeping track of my cycle, but nothing seems to help! I heard from a friend about how to increase female libido using Ayurvedic methods, but I’m honestly clueless where to start. I mean, I’ve read a little about herbs and some natural treatments, but I don’t know what actually works? Should I be looking into certain foods or maybe supplements? I’m not a big fan of taking pills long-term if I can help it. What can I do that’s natural? Are there specific ayurvedic practices or oils that could help? I really wanna feel like my old self again!! I’m kinda hesitant to just jump into anything without some guidance, though, ya know? Any insights from you guys would really mean a lot!
