I am dealing with some major joint discomfort lately. It’s been hard to move, especially in the mornings, and I've been hearing a lot about synovial fluid lately. Like, I stumbled upon a post that mentioned how important it is for joint health and how to increase synovial fluid ayurveda style. Totally makes sense, right? I've tried some basic stretching and even looked into supplements, but nothing seems to be helping. Last week, I went to my doctor, and they kinda brushed it off saying it’s just part of aging, but I feel like there's gotta be more to it. I remember my granny saying she had some potions for aches and pains, but I didn’t pay much attention back then. Is there a good way how to increase synovial fluid ayurveda methods specifically? I mean, are there certain foods or herbs that might help? I’ve read about turmeric and ginger, but I'm not sure if that's enough. And should I be doing specific exercises or yoga? Any advice would really be appreciated! Trying to avoid pain meds if possible! Thanks in advance!
