I am dealing with some major joint discomfort lately. It’s been hard to move, especially in the mornings, and I've been hearing a lot about synovial fluid lately. Like, I stumbled upon a post that mentioned how important it is for joint health and how to increase synovial fluid ayurveda style. Totally makes sense, right? I've tried some basic stretching and even looked into supplements, but nothing seems to be helping.
