Acne scars aur whitehead ke liye, Ayurveda kaafi upyogi ho sakta hai. Aapke prakriti ko samajhte hue, ahar aur vihar mein kuch badlav apna kar is samasya ko door kiya ja sakta hai. Pehle, aapko apni dosha imbalances ko samajhna hoga. Acne aur whiteheads ka samanarth vata aur pitta dosha vikar hota hai.
Apne khan-paan mein kuch changes laiye. Taza aur ghar ka bana khana khayein, jisme bahari tel wali cheezon ka prayog na ho. Aapko kaduva aur amla ras (bitter and sour tastes) se bachna chahiye, kyunki ye pitta ko bhadkate hain. Har din ek neem ki patte ko chabane se pitta samahit hota hai aur acne me sudhar ho sakta hai.
Din charya ka palan karna bhi awashyak hai. Subah-sunset pe uthane aur thanda paani se munh dhone ki kripya kijiye. Dhoop mein bahar jaane se pehle, sandalwood powder aur rose water ka lep laga sakte hain. Yeh pitta ko shaant karke, twacha ko suraksha pradaan karenge.
Domestic upchar ke liye, haldi aur nimboo ras ka pack banayein, jise aap affected are mein hafte mein teen din, aadh-ghanta laga lein. Yeh antiseptic hain aur acne marks ko halka karne mein sahayak hote hain.
Aap tryphala churna ko apne daily diet mein shamil kar sakte hain—rat ko sone se pehle ek chamach garam paani ke saath lein. Yeh pitta aur vata ko sthir rakega aur sandifictory elimination mein help paresan karega, jo mukhya karn acne ka hota hain
Agar samasya prabhavit hoti raug ya naya jaankari ki zarurat ho toh ache ayurvedic physician se milna uchit rahega. Regular check-ups aur samay par ayurvedic practitioner se salah lena jaruri hai takii treatment safal rahe aur aap apne twacha ki samasya se chutkare pa sakein, zararuri nasheed palen.
