I get lots of burping along with pain below the chest and constipation sometimes. Generally,I feel heaviness in my stomach after meals and nausea sometimes. These Days I got pimples on my face as well

All point S stomach acid mixed with slow di which causes food is to stay longer in the stomach and create gas pressure and eat that later shows up on the skin as acne. This happens when meals are heavy eaten, irregularly or when the stomach lining becomes irritated and the intestine slows down, leading to a cycle of discomfort and indigestion So start on Amlapitta vati one tablet two times in a day before food Neem caps one tablet after food with warm water two times in a day Avipattikara churna of teaspoon with water before meals Sutashekara ras-one tablet after lunch Haritaki churna 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime Drink jeera saunf ajwain water after meals Avoid spicy, oily fried, junk processed fermented food For face apply Alovera gel

Internal Medicines 1 Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm + warm water 15 min before dinner 2 Sutshekhar Ras (plain) – 1 tablet morning & night after meals 3 Kamadudha Ras (Moti yukta) – 250 mg twice daily after meals 4 Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet morning after breakfast (for pimples + liver) 5 Hingwashtak Churna – 1 gm with first bite of lunch & dinner 6 Triphala Churna – 5 gm night with warm water (for constipation)

Diet – Must Follow Strictly Give only Moong khichdi + 1–2 tsp ghee + jeera/ginger Thin buttermilk (takra) with roasted cumin after lunch Pomegranate 1 daily, coconut water 200 ml Ripe banana OR stewed apple Lauki / turai / parwal sabzi
