Ye kafi aam masla hai, aur Ayurveda ke drishti se ise samajhna jaruri hai. Aapke sharir me shayad vata dosha ka anupat zyada ho sakta hai ya fir apaka dhatu bala kamjor ho skti hai. Vata dosha ke prabhav se sharir me samasya a sakta hai, aur kamjori ke karan stamina kam nazar aa sakta hai. Suvidha ke liye kuch upay hai jo apna sakte hain:

1. Ashwagandha: Yeh ek prasiddh Ayurvedic herb hai jo sharir ko majbooti aur urja pradan karta hai. Din mein do baar, ashwagandha churna pani ke sath le sakte hain, kafi fayda hoga.

2. Shatavari: Aurat aur purush, dono ke liye labhdayi hai. Din mein ek chamach shatavari churna doodh ke sath lena achha rahega. Isso se stamina mein sudhar hoga.

3. Diet mein Badlav: Aapke bhojan mein doodh, ghee aur makhan jodein. Yeh sare humare dhatu ko poshan dete hain. Bhari, inflammatory aur processed foods se door rahen, kyunki yeh digestion ko asthir kar sakte hain.

4. Yoga Vidhi: Ushtrasana aur Kapalbhati pranayama jise yoga aasan apni dincharya me sammilit karen jo vata ko santulit karne mein madad karte hain. Subah ke samay yog abhyas behtar rahega.

5. Dinacharya: Achha neend (kam se kam 7-8 ghante) le aur stress/manage karne ke liye dhyan karein ya phir shanti ke kuch pal apne liye nikal sake.

6. Taila Abhyanga: Sarson ya nariyal ka tel leke hafte me doh bar sharir par massage karein. Yeh vitiated vata ko shant karne me sahayak hote hain.
