I am really stressing here because I've been having some issues with my performance lately, especially when it comes to stamina for sex. A few weeks ago, I was feeling on top of the world, but then I noticed I was getting tired really quick, like after just a few minutes, and that's super frustrating. My partner definitely noticed too, and I don’t want to let them down. I tried to up my fitness routine—like started running and doing some strength training, but the energy just seems to vanish. Honestly, I’m kind of lost on how to increase stamina for sex. I read that diet can help, right? I'm thinking maybe some herbs might help too, but which ones? I sometimes drink this chai with ginger and turmeric but not sure if that's enough. Also, I can barely keep my energy up during the day, let alone the bedroom. It's like I'm fine one moment, then suddenly it feels like my battery's just drained. Anyone have tips or personal experiences on how to increase stamina for sex? Really need some ideas here, like yesterday!
