hello hi !

Your skin is extremely dry and rough because it is not getting enough moisture from within, and the outer skin barrier has become weak over time. That dryness is causing tiny bumps, comedones, dullness, and uneven texture. The pigmentation and dark circles are usually from long-term dryness, stress, irregular habits, and lack of proper nourishment to the skin.

Your hair fall is also connected when the skin is dry, the scalp becomes dry too, and the hair roots weaken. Minimal skincare for more than a year allows dryness, marks, and dullness to build up slowly. The good news is that your skin can revive beautifully with simple internal support, good hydration, and gentle external care. Your hair can also grow stronger with the right nourishment.

🌿 Internal Medicines 1. Ama Pachana (first 7 days) Amapachana Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals for 7 days

2. After 7 days – for 1–2 months Amla Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily Manjishta Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily Shatavari Kalpa – 1 teaspoon at night with warm milk Triphala Churna – ½ teaspoon at bedtime with warm water Bhringraj Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily (for hair)

🌸 External Skincare :

Aloe vera + glycerin mix morning & night (very thin layer) Rose water as toner daily Licorice (Yashtimadhu) paste on dark circles for 10 minutes daily Oil massage for scalp 2–3 times/week with Neelibhringadi oil Avoid scrubbing or harsh face washes Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser only once or twice a day

🧘‍♀️ Exercises / Yoga (5–10 minutes daily) Face yoga (cheek lift, forehead smoothing) Balasana (Child’s pose) Vajrasana after meals Anulom Vilom (5 minutes) These improve blood flow to the face and calm the nervous system.

🩺 Investigations (important to check underlying causes) Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4) Vitamin D Vitamin B12 CBC Iron studies (Ferritin) These affect dryness, dark circles, hair fall, and skin texture.

✅ Do’s and Don’ts

Do Drink warm water Add 1 tsp ghee to lunch Eat soaked almonds + 1 date daily Use sunscreen every morning Regular oiling of hair

Don’t Avoid cold water, cold food No harsh exfoliators or chemical peels No skipping meals Avoid junk food, deep-fried items

💛 Your skin and hair can absolutely improve this condition is from long-term dryness and weak nourishment, not permanent damage. With gentle daily routine, internal medicines, and consistent care, your skin will become softer, brighter, and smoother, and your hair fall will reduce steadily. You’re not alone in this your body just needs support again.

Warm regards, Dr. Karthika

HELLO DEAR !!!

Your skin is dry, rough, and full of tiny bumps because your skin barrier is weak 😊. When the skin doesn’t get moisture from inside or outside, it becomes dull, rough, and forms small clogged pores. That’s why pigmentation and dark circles also show more.

Your hair fall is happening along with your skin issues because the same root causes are affecting both: ✔️ Low internal moisture ✔️ Irregular skin nourishment ✔️ Stress & lack of sleep ✔️ Mild nutritional deficiencies ✔️ No proper skincare routine

The good thing is — your skin can glow again and hair fall can reduce once hydration, gentle cleansing, and simple Ayurvedic internal support are started.

🌿 2. Internal Medicines (start with Amapachana) (Only medicine + dose + days — no explanation) 👉 Amapachana (first 7 days) Amapachana Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food for 7 days.

👉 Internal medicines (after day 7, for 6–8 weeks) Manjishta Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Guduchi Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Amla Capsule – 1 capsule at night. Triphala Churna – ½ teaspoon at bedtime with warm water.

✨ 3. External Skin Routine (simple, affordable, effective) Morning ☀️ Wash with a gentle cleanser (Cetaphil / Simple / milk + besan). Apply aloe vera gel (pure). Apply non-greasy moisturizer (Minimalist / Cetaphil). Sunscreen is MUST (SPF 30+).

Night 🌙 Clean face with lukewarm water. Apply rose water + let it dry. Apply Aloe vera + 2 drops sweet almond oil for hydration. For tiny bumps / comedones Use salicylic acid 1–2% face wash 2–3 times/week. For pigmentation & dark circles Apply potato juice or cold milk on under eye 10 minutes daily. Sleep by 11 pm (dark circles improve only if sleep improves).

💆‍♀️ 4. Hair Fall Routine (simple) Neelibhringadi Oil – apply 2–3 times/week before head bath. Use mild shampoo only 2 times/week. Add 1 teaspoon cow ghee daily.

🧪 5. Investigations (to find hidden causes) Thyroid profile (TSH) Vitamin D Vitamin B12 Ferritin (iron stores) These four tests commonly explain dryness + pigmentation + hair fall.

✔️ 6. Do & Don’ts (very practical)

Do ✔️ Drink 6–7 glasses warm water Add 5 soaked almonds + 2 dates daily Sleep by 11 pm Use sunscreen everyday

Don’t ❌ Don’t over-wash face (makes it more dry) No harsh scrubs No lemon on face No skipping meals No stress picking pimples

💛 Your skin and hair are not damaged — they are just dehydrated and under-nourished from inside and outside. With this simple routine and the right internal support, your skin will slowly become smooth, brighter, and even toned. Hair fall will also reduce when your nutrition and hydration improve.

You will start seeing changes in 3–4 weeks, and clear improvement in 6–8 weeks.

I’m here for you whenever you need help 🌼

Warm regards, Dr. Karthika

HELLO,

You are experiencing -very dry, rough skin -acne marks + pigmentation -tiny bumps/comedones -increasing dark circles -hairfall for many years

Ayurveda explains these as a combination of three major disturbances

A)VATA IMBALANCE (Dryness and roughness) Vata controls moisture, softness, and nourishment of skins and hair. When vata becomes high due to stress, irregular eating, less sleep, dry foods, or minimal skincare, it causes -dry , rough, dull skin -dark circles -severe hair fall -dehydrated, lifeless look

B) PITTA IMBALANCE (PIGMENTATION AND MARKS) Pitta controls the color of skin . when pitta increases due to sun exposure, stress, spicy food, or screen heat -skin become sensitive -pigmentation increases -acne marks remain for long -under eye darkness worsens

C) KAPHA ACCUMULATION -kapha causes oiliness and clogging. when kapha increases -tiny bumps appear -comedones form -skin texture become uneven So your skin is dry on the surface, but clogged underneath - a very common mixed condition

D) WEAK DIGESTION AND LOW NUTIRITION TO SKIN Poor quality nourishment to the first body tissues leads to -dull skin -hair thinning -dark circles -slow healing of acne marks

Hello dear, I understand how frustrating it feels when your skin looks dull, textured, dry, and pigmented despite trying your best. Dealing with tiny bumps, comedones, acne marks, under-eye darkness, and long-term hair fall can deeply affect confidence. But please know — your concerns are completely reversible. Your symptoms indicate a combination of Vata + Pitta imbalance, skin barrier damage, mild hormonal fluctuations, and nutrient deficiencies that often cause both pigmentation and hair fall.

Your treatment will focus on restoring skin moisture, healing pigmentation, clearing tiny bumps, strengthening hair roots, and balancing internal Vata–Pitta for long-lasting glow.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (If not done in the last 3–6 months) 1. Vitamin D3 & Vitamin B12 2. Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4) 3. Complete Iron Profile (Ferritin)

4. Liver Function Test 5. Hormone Profile (only if cycles irregular) – LH, FSH, Testosterone, Prolactin

💊 Internal Medicines Phase 1 – 15 days (Skin barrier repair + Glow + Hair root strengthening) 1. Manjishta tab– 1 tablet twice daily after food 2. Sariva / Anantmool – 1 tablet twice daily after food 3. Amla Capsules – 1 capsule twice daily after food 4. Nimbadi Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water

Phase 2 – 45 days (Deep pigmentation healing + Oil balance + Anti-hair fall) 1. Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice daily after food 2. Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food 3. Bhringraj Capsules – 1 capsule at bedtime 4. Triphala choorna – ½ tsp with 1 glass of warm water at bedtime

🌿 External & Supportive Therapies Skin 1. Aloe vera gel + Kumkumadi tailam (2 drops) every night 2. Steam once weekly to open comedones 3. Gentle exfoliation with rice flour + honey – once weekly 4. Under-eye care: Soak 5 almonds overnight and eat next morning Apply almond oil 1–2 drops under eyes at bedtime

Hair 1. Bhringraj oil / Neelibhringadi oil massage 2–3 times weekly 2. Avoid harsh shampoos – use mild herbal shampoo (shikakai, amla based) 3. Fenugreek seed water rinse once weekly for strength 4. Warm oil + steam towel for scalp once weekly

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid 1. Too much tea/coffee (dries skin + increases pigmentation) 2. Sleeping late 3. Spicy, oily, fried foods 4. Sugary foods (increase bumps & pigmentation) 5. Using scrub daily (damages barrier)

✅ Include 1. 1 tsp ghee daily – for glowing, hydrated skin 2. 1 fruit daily – pomegranate, papaya, apple 3. Soaked raisins (5–7) every morning 4. Coconut water 3–4 times weekly 5. Turmeric + black pepper in food 6.Cumin–coriander–fennel water for clear skin 7. Adequate sleep (10:30 pm) – vital for under-eye darkness 8. 3–4 litres water daily

🕉️ Follow-up & Duration * Tiny bumps & texture start reducing in 10–15 days * Pigmentation & under-eye darkness improve in 4–6 weeks * Hair fall reduction noticeable in 3–4 weeks * Full glow & hair strengthening takes 8–12 weeks

✨ With gentle Ayurvedic internal medicines, nourishing skincare, and correction of Vata–Pitta imbalance, your skin will gradually look smoother, brighter, and well-hydrated.

Hello‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ I completely understand that it is really frustrating when the skin on your body feels dry, rough, dull, and pigmented and also have acne scars and tiny bumps, and to add to the misery, you have dark circles beneath the eyes and continuous hair fall.

These problems do not only change how you look but also your confidence and the feeling of being at ease.

So, please don’t worry —

✨ Your skin and hair can get back to the normal, healthy condition. This is a very reversible situation.

I will gladly and plainly show the way to you so that you remain supported and guided for each step.

✅ AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR CONDITION

The signs and symptoms you showed are very good indications that your:

👉Vata dosha (dryness, rough texture, dark circles, hair fall) 👉 Pitta dosha (acne marks, pigmentation, bumps)

It is typical for Vata to take moisture from the skin and make it dry and dull.

On the other hand, Pitta after rising, mostly, spots, and marks the skin, and makes it very sensitive.

The way to fix it is to calm Pitta, nourish Vata, hydrate the skin, and support hair roots.

You do not require an intensive routine — only gentle and consistent steps will do.

✅ YOUR COMPLETE SKIN TRANSFORMATION PLAN

✅ Daily Skincare Routine (Very Simple, Very Effective)

👉Morning Routine –Clean your face with a mild, sulphate-free cleanser. –Hydrate the skin by applying rose water or aloe gel. –Continue with a light but nourishing moisturizer. –Definitely please sunscreen SPF 30+ daily even when you are not going out.

It alone is responsible for 60–70% of pigmentation prevention.

👉 Night Routine –Face washing should be done only with lukewarm water. –Especially on the pigmented and dark areas of the face, apply Kumkumadi Taila (2–3 drops). It is very helpful in hydration, glow, and marks.

–If bumps are there, dab the neem + aloe vera gel on the inflammatory parts.

Visible change will happen if you are consistent for 3–4 weeks.

✅HOME REMEDIES — GENTLE & SAFE

– For Dryness & Glow Use this face mask 2–3 times a week: 1 tsp curd + 1 tsp honey + A pinch of turmeric Mix all the ingredients and leave the mask for 10–12 min.

It instantly gives moisture to the dull skin and also brightens it.

– For Acne Marks & Pigmentation Pure aloe vera gel with a pinch of turmeric Put it for 15 minutes → rinse Do this 4 times a week.

– For Tiny Bumps (Comedones) Only once in a week and 3 minutes, take very gentle steam. Do not harshly scrub your face, as it will only aggravate your bumps.

✅ UNDER-EYE DARKNESS CARE

Darkness under the eyes is typically caused by Vata imbalance, which may be due to screen time, sleep disturbances, and dehydration.

👉Try this daily- Before sleeping at night, put a little almond oil under the eyes and lightly massage.

Keep cotton balls dipped in cold rose water on the eyes for 10 minutes.

A hour before sleeping, try to lower your screen time.

Improvement starts within 2–3 weeks.

✅ HAIR FALL TREATMENT PLAN

Do not be concerned — Hair fall due to long term will still respond very well to nourishment.

👉Scalp Oil Massage (2–3 times/week)

Make it warm a blend of the following: Coconut oil Castor oil Almond oil Gently massage for 10 minutes → rinse after 1 hour.

This will not only strengthen the roots but also will bring relief to Vata caused dryness.

👉 Weekly Hair Pack 2 tbsp aloe gel 1 tbsp methi paste 1 tbsp curd Apply for 20 minutes and wash with the mild shampoo.

✅DIET MODIFICATION

Start using: Amla (juice or powder) Spinach, beetroot, sesame seeds Dal, paneer, eggs (for protein) Nuts + 1 tsp ghee daily (ghee is very helpful in reducing dryness)

✅ INTERNAL AYURVEDIC REMEDIES

👉 Morning warm water + 1 tsp ghee Vata is balanced, skin gets deeply hydrated, and dryness is improved.

👉 Amla everyday Collagen → better skin + strong hair is what amla does.

👉 Triphala at night (½ tsp) Detoxifies gently and makes skin smooth. You are not the only one — and the improvement will come I want you to grasp the extremely important point:

✨ Skin and hair of yours are capable of recovering in a very beautiful way.

✨ With a little care and consistency, you will soon start feeling more confident, radiant, and healthy.

✨ A great number of people with similar symptoms report a major improvement in a matter of weeks.

Wishing you good health😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

Dry skin, acne marks, and hair fall might be connected to some imbalances within your body. Addressing them holistically involves a blend of diet, lifestyle, and topical treatment.

To combat dry skin and improve texture, start with your diet. Incorporate hydrating foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and coconut water. Ghee is particularly nourishing; consume a teaspoon daily if you’re not intolerant. Avoid dehydrating foods and beverages such as caffeine and processed foods.

For external care, use a moisturizer containing ingredients like aloe vera or sandalwood oil. These ingredients will help restore moisture and soothe the skin. You could also prepare a paste made from mashed ripe banana and honey, applying it to the face for 20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. This home remedy can help improve skin texture and diminish acne marks.

For under-eye darkness, ensure you get sufficient rest, ideally 7-8 hours of sleep. Beauty sleep is a real thing! Consider using raw potato or cucumber slices over your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Potato juice has a natural bleaching effect, which can lighten under-eye circles.

When it comes to hair fall, focus on nourishing the scalp. Massage with warm coconut or sesame oil as part of your weekly routine to improve circulation and nourish hair roots. Incorporate vitamin-rich foods like amla and spinach into your diet. These tackle the hair fall problem from within by providing essential nutrients.

Each remedy works in sync, so remember that consistency is key. Try out these suggestions for a few weeks and observe the changes. If the issues persist, you might need to revisit your dosha constitution with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can offer a more tailored approach to your needs. Avoid skipping steps, as natural remedies need time to show results!
