Hello, If you are taking the juice as a shot, it should not cause constipation and bloating. Please prepare it according to the recipe given by your doctor/dietician. He/ she might have asked you ta add pinch of rock salt, a piece of ginger and honey to the juice after straining with a sieve.(It is always better to discard the pulp) When you drink with the pulp it is too heavy to digest causing bloating, heaviness with loss of appetite and chances of causing constipation. Before taking Limcee please see to it that you have checked vit.c levels. Take care, Kind regards.

Your current herbal intake, along with the vitamin C tablets, could be affecting your digestive system in a few ways. Amla is known for its digestive benefits, but in some people it can lead to constipation if not paired with enough dietary fiber or water intake to aid bowel movement. Pudina (mint) can sometimes result in reduced gastric motility, which might be contributing to the feelings of bloating and constipation.
Drinks prepared without straining could be particularly high in fiber, which is typically good for digestion but if suddenly increased can cause temporary bloating and constipation. Additionally, vitamin C tablets might have additives or ingredients that mildlly disturb digestive function for some.
Consider adjusting several aspects. First, increase your fluid intake to help move the fiber through your system more efficiently— this means more water throughout the day. Second, try reducing the unstrained fiber load by straining your herbal drink before consumption, this might alleviate the heaviness and discomfort.
In terms of diet, focus on including soluble fibers like oatmeal, bananas, and apples, which are easier on digestion. Avoid heavy, oily or very spicy foods right now as these may burden your system more. Allow your digestive system some rest by having several small meals rather than a few large ones.
Lastly, consider taking a short break from the vitamin C tablets and observe if symptoms persist or improve. Listen to your body and give it time to adjust with these changes. If constipation or bloating remain, it would be adviceable to consult with a healthcare provider for a personalized assessment to rule out any underlying concerns.
