Hello, Your symptoms of long-standing gastric discomfort (>6 months) with frequent burping and excessive gas, without clear food triggers, indicate Ajeerna / Adhmana due to Agnimandya with Vata–Kapha dominance. This commonly presents as bloating, belching, flatulence, and heaviness.

Divya Udalp Churna is often prescribed for this, but if it is out of stock, there are effective and easily available Ayurvedic alternatives. You can safely continue treatment without it.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (Only if symptoms persist or worsen) CBC LFT Ultrasound abdomen (if severe bloating / pain) H. pylori testing (if acidity or burning is present)

💊 Internal Medicines Phase 1 – Digestive Fire Correction & Gas Relief (21–30 days) Choose any ONE of the following alternatives (all are commonly available): 1.Hingwashtak Churna – ¼ tsp with warm water before meals, twice daily (Best for burping and flatulence) OR 2.Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp with warm water after meals, once daily (If acidity or sour belching is more) OR 3.Trikatu Churna – ¼ tsp with honey before meals, twice daily (If digestion feels slow and heavy) 👉 You do NOT need Divya Udalp Churna if you use any one of the above. Supportive Medicines (Highly Recommended) 1.Ajamodadi Churna – ½ tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2.Shankh Vati – 1 tablet after meals, twice daily (7–10 days only)

🌿 Simple Home Remedies 1.Ajwain + Saunf water • Boil ½ tsp ajwain + ½ tsp fennel in 1½ cups water • Reduce to 1 cup, sip warm after meals 2.Buttermilk therapy • Thin buttermilk + pinch of roasted jeera powder • Once daily with lunch

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid Tea / coffee on empty stomach Cold drinks, soda Excess raw salads Fried and bakery foods Eating late at night ✅ Include Warm, freshly cooked food Soft, light meals Ginger in cooking Early dinner (before 8 pm) Warm water sipping through the day

🧘🏻‍♂️ Yoga & Daily Habits • Vajrasana – 10 minutes after meals • Pawanmuktasana – daily • Gentle walking after dinner • Avoid lying down immediately after meals

🕉️ Follow-up & Expected Relief • Burping & gas reduction: 5–7 days • Bloating relief: 2–3 weeks • Chronic gastric balance: 4–6 weeks

✨ Chronic gas is curable with Agni correction, not just symptom-based medicines.

If symptoms persist beyond 4–6 weeks, further evaluation is advised.

With kind regards, Dr. Sumi MS (Ayu)

IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING BURPS AND EXCESS GAS AND YOUR DIVYA UDALP CHURNA IS OUT OF STOCK THERE ARE OTHER AYURVEDIC OPTIONS THAT CAN HELP RELIEVE GAS AND SUPPORT DIGESTION WITHOUT CAUSING HARSH SIDE EFFECTS

YOU CAN USE GASHARA CHURNA AND AROGYAVARDINI VATI INSTEAD OF UDALP CHURNA IN IF YOUR PRIMARY SYMPTOMS ARE GAS AND BLOATING

ANOTHER OPTION IS AJWAIN CHURNA WITH ROCK SALT AND MINT TAKE HALF TEASPOON WITH A PINCH OF ROCK SALT AND CRUSHED FRESH MINT WITH WARM WATER CAN BE SIPPED AFTER MEALS THIS HELPS BREAK GAS AND REDUCE FERMENTATION IN DIGESTIVE TRACT

IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO SAUNF (LYOU CAN CHEW ONE TEASPOON AFTER MEALS OR MAKE A FENNEL DECOCTION AND SIP IT AND EFFECTIVE FOR BURPS AND FLATULENCE

IF YOU ARE ALREADY USING OTHER RECOMMENDED MEDICATIONS LIKE AGLA OR DIGESTIVE ENZYMES YOU CAN CONTINUE THEM BUT YOU MUST BALANCE THEM WITH YOUR DIET AVOIDING HEAVY OILY SPICY AND COLD FOODS AND INSTEAD EAT WARM LIGHT FOOD AND LIQUIDS

AVOID COLD DRINKS ,RAW SALADS ,FROZEN FOODS AND CARBONATED DRINKS AS THESE TEND TO EXACERBATE BURPS AND GAS

YOU CAN START WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE OPTIONS BASED ON WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU AND USE THEM CONSISTENTLY FOR A FEW DAYS AND NOTICE IMPROVEMENT
