Persistent Gas and Chest Discomfort - #47160

I feel gassy almost all the time. Whatever I eat causes gas and bloating. I feel severe discomfort and pressure in my chest, sometimes like a heart attack. Once the gas is released, I feel relief.

Chiruvilwadi kwatham tablet 2-0-2 before food with warm water, add a pinch of saindhava salt.

Dhanwantaram gulika 1-1-1 after food with jeera water.

Hinguvachadi choorna 1/2 spoon thrice a day after food.

You can start with choorna first and observe the change If you didn’t get any relief go for all medicines and follow up after 2 weeks.

Do abdominal muscle relaxation exercises. Pavanmuktasana, vajrasana, cobra pose.

Sip warm water after food. Walk 15 minutes gentle walking after food. Keep a regular time for meals.
