Hello, Your sinus issue requires diet-lifestyle correction along with ayurveda medicines. Ayurveda medicines for 90 days: 1. Sinarid capsules(amrita) 1-----1-----1 with water after each meal for 90 days. 2. Dasamoolakatutrayam kashayam 10ml-----0------10ml + 3. Pathyakshadatryadi kashayam ml------0-----10 + 80ml of bolied and then cooled to room temperature water at 0600AM and at 0600PM 4. Sinol Nasal Drops 2 drops into each nostril before waking up from the bed in the morning and in the evening 5. Halin capsule 1 capsule in hot water to take staem once a day.
Diet- 1. Consume cooked-warm food; avoid raw completely for 90 days. 2. Avoid milk and milk products for 90 days. 3. Avoid raw fruits. 4. Drink 1.5 liters of boiled warm water throughout the day. 5. Avoid processed food and outside food completly.
Lifestyle- 1. Avoid direct exposure to mist, dust, fan and air conditioning 2. Keep yourself warm. 3. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. Take care, Kind regards.
