Seeking Relief from Nasal Congestion and Tinnitus - #47773

I have been taking various alopathy doctor prescribed medications (including steroidal + anti-inflammatory nasal sprays, antibiotics+anti-inflammatory oral medications, anti-histamine). I have tried using nasal rinses like neti pot but none has reduced 2+ weeks of congestions (felt in nose and ears). CT scan shows swollen turbinates - ENT doctors until now have just been focusing on giving me ITI injections to help with my reduced hearing and loud tinnitus. But, I really feel we are missing something that's contributing to my feeling of fullness. At times it changes sides from left to right. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have had no relief in last 2.5 weeks. Can swollen turbinates alone cause feeling of fullness variations and ET pressure imbalance? What can help me? I have Anu Taila but afraid to try it for the fear of tinnitus flaring.....please help!
