Sir kabhi right nose aur kabhi left nose block rehta hai 24x7 kya ye nose ka mass ko sahi karta hai? Please advice kyun ki main bohot tang aa chuka hu iski wajah se mera BP disturb rehta hai air mujhey anxity bhi shuru ho gayi hai sirf isi karan please help
