Hello I get how annoying it is to see your beard going grey, especially when you’re not that old and those dyes and shampoos don’t do the trick. Going grey isn’t just about looks – in Ayurveda, it’s a sign that things inside you are a bit out of whack. The upside is, if you take care of it the right way, you can slow down or even bring back some color to your beard. YOUR CONCERN * Grey hairs in your beard. * You’ve been using chemical dyes and shampoos. * Worried it’s getting worse. This means the problem isn’t just on the surface; it’s hitting the roots. AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING Early greying is called Akala Palitya. It’s usually because of: * Too much Pitta (heat in your blood and hair roots). * Your digestion is off (Ama). * Stress, staying up late, spicy foods, and acidity. * Those chemical dyes are wrecking your hair. When Pitta gets too hot, it messes with the melanin that colors your hair, and that’s why it turns grey. AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION * Amla churna– ½ tsp every morning with water (Cools Pitta, colors your hair) * Bhringaraj churna – ½ tsp at night with warm water (Helps black hair grow) * Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice a day (For better skin and hair roots) Beard Care: * Massage your beard with Bhringaraj Taila 4–5 times a week. * Skip the chemical beard dyes — they only make things worse in the long run. * Once a week: Put Amla + coconut oil paste on your beard for 20 minutes, then rinse. DIET AND LIFESTYLEAVOID * Too much tea or coffee * Smoking * Booze * Super spicy and fried stuff * Late nights ✅ INCLUDE * Amla * Coconut * Ghee * Pomegranate * Green veggies * Get some sleep What to Expect: * New hair will be darker. * The old grey hairs won’t change back, but new growth will be better. * In 3–4 months, your beard should seem thicker and healthier. A grey beard may mean your body needs some cooling and good stuff, not more chemicals. Since you caught it early, we should be able to sort this out. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Why beard goes grey Mostly genetics and aging. Can be worsened by stress, smoking, or nutrient deficiencies (B12, copper, iron, zinc). - Eat a balanced diet rich in B12, folate, copper, and zinc. Avoid smoking and stress. Gentle beard care; avoid harsh chemicals. Before advicing any medicine want to know age, weight and any other symptoms? Is there any patch or overall white hairs.?

im 44yrs and have all white hairs in my beard area, weight 76kgs, height 5.10ft

At 44, having a fully white beard is actually very common—especially if scalp hair is less affected. Your height (5’10") and weight (76 kg) are healthy and don’t suggest a problem by themselves. - clear advice: Main cause: Genetics + age Reality check: There is no proven medicine that can turn a fully white beard back to black permanently. - Firstly do these Blood tests (once): Vitamin B12, iron, thyroid -Ayurvedic Assessment: • Kesha Paka / Akala Palitya • Predominant Pitta–Vata imbalance Rx Bhringaraj Ghana Vati – 1 tab BD after meals × 3 months Amla Churna – 3 gm with lukewarm water OD morning × 3 months Brahmi Vati – 1 tab OD at bedtime × 2 months Ksheerabala Taila / Neelibhringadi Taila – Gentle massage to beard area 3–4 times/week, wash after 30–60 min Pathya (Advice) • Avoid excess spicy, fried, sour foods • Include amla, coconut, milk, ghee, leafy vegetables • Reduce stress, proper sleep • Avoid frequent chemical dyes Apathya (Avoid) • Smoking, alcohol • Excess heat exposure • Harsh cosmetic products Note • Ayurvedic medicines help slow progression & improve hair health • Complete reversal of fully white beard is unlikely Follow-up: After 6–8 weeks

It can be either due to genetic reasons or your life-style. You can prevent this to an extent in your life-style
1. Avoid taking spicy food, oil fried and junk food 2. Control your anger if 3. Stress management and maintain good sleep hours. This steps can help you from preventing further greying. Already occurred greying cannot be completely reversed to normalcy. What about your appetite and bowel ?If your appetite and bowel are satisfactory, that is you don’t have any issues with digestion and having a good bowel habits, then you may follow this 1. Use NEELIKADI TAILA daily for external application on beard continue this for atleast 6 months If you are facing my issues with sleep and stress you may take 2. Manasamitra Tab - 1 tab at night for 2 weeks If you have any genetical background this may not show any hopeful result.

Grey hair in beard happens due to imbalance of pitta and vata dosha along with stress weak digestion lack of proper nutrition and repeated use of chemical dyes and shampoos which damage the hair roots Beard hair is more sensitive so it shows greying early First thing is to stop chemical dyes and strong shampoos as they worsen the condition Instead use mild herbal cleanser and keep the beard moisturized with natural oils This condition cannot be reversed fully but it can be controlled and further greying can be slowed with proper internal and external care For treatment I suggest Bhringraj ghan vati one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Amla capsule one capsule twice daily or amla churna one teaspoon at night with lukewarm water and Chyawanprash one teaspoon every morning empty stomach Apply Bhringraj taila mixed with Neelibhringadi taila gently on beard three to four times a week and leave overnight Avoid spicy fried food smoking late nights and excess tea or coffee Include amla curry leaves black sesame seeds good sleep and stress control With regular use for few months hair quality will improve and further greying will slow down
