Treatment Goals Our Ayurvedic treatment plan aims to: 1) Stop hair loss and premature graying - Nourish the scalp, improve blood supply - Rebuild and strengthen Rasa (plasma), Rakta (blood), and Asthi (bone/hair tissue) Internal Medicine Plan * For premature graying, 1) Narayan Churna = 1 teaspoon once a day with warm water in the morning = for hair loss, nerves Weakness 2) Keshya Rasayana = 2 tablets daily after meals with lukewarm water = Prevents graying, promotes hair growth 3) Kanchanar Guggulu = 2 tablets daily after meals with lukewarm water = Detoxifies glands, reduces inflammation 4) Gandhak Rasayana = 2 tablets daily after meals = Detoxifies skin, reduces itching/scaling External oil application 1.
