You can stop sukumara ghrutham for now and start with the following: 1. Ulsant D syrup 10ml----10ml-----10ml 30 minutes before each meal for 30 days. 2. Sooktyn tablets(alarsin) 2-----2-----2 after each meal. for 30 days. 3. Avipathi churnam 0----0-----1 teaspoon with warm water/warm milk at bed time for 30 days. Take care, Kind regards.
