Hello dear, Need details of your age, size of fibroid and also your period history. In general you can use 1. Kaanchnaar guggul 2-0-2 after meals twice a day - use sandu / dhutpapeshwar/ baidyanath company 2. Kombadnakhi vati 1-0-1 after meals twice a day . 3. Chandraprabha vati 2-0-2 after meals twice a day. Since alone kaanchnar wont work. We have to regulate your hormones too so that new fibroids are not created. For peesonalised treatment please get a personal consultation I hope you get well.

Yes , Kanchanar Guggulu is one of the most commonly used and classical Ayurvedic medicines for shrinking uterine fibroids It works best when fibroids are small-to-moderate size, multiple or associated with heavy bleeding / pain. ✓Standard Dosage (Adults) 1–2 tablets (500–1000 mg each) twice daily after meals with warm water Most common & safe: 2 tablets morning + 2 tablets night (total 4 tablets/day) Always start with 1 tablet twice daily for first 7–10 days to check tolerance (acidity, loose motion, etc.) ✓How long to notice reduction in size? Symptom relief (less pain, lighter bleeding): 4–8 weeks Measurable size reduction on ultrasound: 3–6 months (average 20–50% shrinkage) Significant / near-complete reduction: 6–12 months (depends on fibroid size, number, location & consistency) ✓Important supporting rules (must follow for good results) Take with warm water or Kanchnar kwath if available Strict diet: avoid spicy, sour, fermented, heavy non-veg, dairy after noon, cold drinks Eat: moong dal khichdi + ghee, pomegranate, lauki sabzi, thin buttermilk + roasted jeera Daily: 30 min brisk walk, Vajrasana after meals, sleep 10 PM–6 AM ✓Combine with Ashokarishta (15 ml BD) + Shatavari (5–10 gm night) for better results ✓Repeat ultrasound after 3 months and 6 months to check actual size change Kanchanar Guggulu alone is supportive – not a guaranteed cure for large/symptomatic fibroids Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Hello I can understand your concern.fibroids are super common, and guess what? Ayurveda has some pretty good ways to deal with them without surgery. YOUR CONCERN – You’ve got uterine fibroids. –Over 6 months –Just a bit of discomfort in your pelvic area. – Tried Before: You’ve had some treatment already. AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING In Ayurveda, We call fibroids Garbhashaya Granthi. Basically, it’s thought to be because: – Too much Kapha (think growth and mass). – Vata blocking things up (stuff sitting still in your uterus). – Pitta playing a part (weird tissue growing). All this makes a hard lump that grows slowly in your uterus. WHY KANCHANAR GUGGULU WORKS? This stuff is like the go-to Ayurvedic medicine for fibroids because it: – Breaks down that weird tissue. – Reduces down Kapha. – Gets your lymph moving. – Shrinks those uterine masses. – Sort of balances your hormones. It is used for – Fibroids – Ovarian cysts – Thyroid lumps – Swollen lymph nodes ABOUT KANCHANAR GUGGULU Kanchanar Guggulu: 2 tablets, twice a day After your food with Warm water Take it At least 3 to 6 months. What to Expect4 Weeks: Pain and that heavy feeling get better. – 8 Weeks: Your period gets a bit more normal. – 3 Months: The fibroid stops growing. – 4–6 Months: The fibroid starts to shrink Small and mid-sized fibroids usually respond fast. Bigger ones can take longer, but they can still get smaller. ADDITIONAL HELP To help Kanchanar Guggulu along: 1. Triphala churna: 1 tsp at night 2 Ashokarishta: 20 ml, twice a day

DIET PLANAvoid: –Dairy –Sugar –Maida Flour –Fried foods –Red meat ✅INCLUDE – Green veggies – Papaya – Flaxseed –Turmeric – Warm water LIFESTYLE TIPS – Walk every day. – Don’t stay up too late. – Chill out and reduce stress. – Try some easy yoga: Baddha Konasana, Malasana, Anulom-Vilom Yes, Kanchanar Guggulu can help shrink fibroids if you take it right for 3–6 months, eat well, and use those support medicines. Most of the time, you won’t need surgery. Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Yes Kanchanar Guggulu is commonly used in Ayurveda to help manage uterine fibroids especially when fibroids are slow growing associated with hormonal imbalance mild discomfort heaviness or irregular flow It works by supporting metabolism of abnormal tissue reducing congestion and improving pelvic circulation It is most effective when fibroids are benign non calcified and symptoms are mild to moderate Typical adult dosage of Kanchanar Guggulu is two tablets of 250 mg each taken twice daily after meals with warm water or as advised by an Ayurvedic physician In some cases the dose may be adjusted based on digestion body strength and associated conditions so supervision is always recommended Reduction in fibroid size is gradual Ayurveda does not act overnight Usually symptom improvement such as reduced discomfort heaviness or better cycle regularity is noticed within six to eight weeks Visible reduction in fibroid size on ultrasound may take three to six months and sometimes longer depending on size number hormonal status and consistency of treatment Kanchanar Guggulu works best when combined with appropriate diet lifestyle correction and supportive medicines rather than used alone Avoid cold heavy processed food excess dairy refined sugar and stress Regular follow up and repeat ultrasound every three to four months helps monitor progress If fibroids are rapidly growing causing heavy bleeding anemia severe pain or pressure symptoms then parallel gynecological evaluation is important Ayurveda can still be supportive but safety always comes first

Yes — Kanchanar Guggulu is classically used in Ayurveda for reducing granthi (abnormal growths), including uterine fibroids, especially when they are small–moderate in size, slow growing, and associated with Kapha–Vata predominance. However, fibroid management should always be guided by an in-person Ayurveda physician after pelvic exam / ultrasound and doshic assessment. 1. Kanchanar Guggulu 2 tabs twice daily after food with warm water × 48 days duration with a gap of 1 week at the end for 3 cycles 2. Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals × 3 months 3. Chandraprabha Vati 2 tabs twice daily after food × 2 months Lifestyle: Avoid dairy, sweets, fried food; prefer warm, light meals. Exercise: Daily walking Yoga: Baddha Konasana, Malasana, Supta Baddha Konasana Follow-up: Ultrasound after 3 months which might show size stabilization or reduction.

Estrogen hormone in human body has a great role in Uterine Fibroids. So, when after menopause, your uterine fibroid will shrink its own. As said Estrogen plays a major role in the patho-physiology of UTERINE FIBROID, through ayurveda we can only treat the symptoms caused due to the uterine fibroid and prevent its further growth/ or arrest the growth to an extent/ or slow down the progression. Here as you have only mild discomfort. Use only KANCHARA GUGGULU for 2 months in a dosage of 1 tab after food, twice daily. After that take a USG again. During the mean time if you face any difficulties like excess pain during periods, delayed periods you may have a consultation again.
