I have extremely oily hair and skin (even after washing) on my scalp, face, upper back,chest,fingers that create small but alot of acne cyst and seborrheic dermatitis. I recently started working in a hot kitchen and now my hair and skin are worse with an awful cheesy feet smell on my scalp and skin. Which of these products can help my skin at least enough to get through the day without worrying about my apperance

Without seeing the actual state of your present scalp and skin it is difficult to just a medication. Any way focussing on what you said you have use Internal Medicines : 1. Aragwadadhi kashayam - 15ml kashayam with 45ml luke warm water twice daily, before food 2. Kaisora Guggulu 1 tab each with kashayam 3. Anuloma DS 1 tab each at night 4. If you feel over-stressed then take 1 MANASAMITRAM TAB at night with water. Externally : 1. Eladi churna in curd as face pack in the morning. 2. Use Triphala Water for washing your scalp and face. How to prepare : Take 2 tsp of triphala churna and to the total quantity of water needed for scalp and face wash. Boil it. Keep it overnight to cool down. Use it the next day morning. Continue this for 2 weeks.
