How to Balance My Doshas and Improve Sleep? - #50194

Client_1e0ee5

I did a dosha test, and I was 77% vata, 14% pitta, and 9% kapha. Recently I had anxiety and bad sleep patterns. it was hard to go to sleep, and if I did sleep, I woke up after 2-3 hours, and it was hard to go back to sleep. What is wrong, and what should I do to balance my doshas again? thank you for your attention

Your symptoms Anxiety Light sleep Waking after 2–3 hours This shows Vata aggravation (not just dosha test). Why this happens Vata increases due to Stress Overthinking Late nights Skipping meals Too much screen time Simple Vata Balancing Plan Night Routine Sleep before 10:30 pm Warm milk + pinch turmeric or nutmeg at night No phone 1 hour before bed Oil Therapy Apply warm sesame oil to feet & scalp before sleep Gentle body oil massage 3 times/week Food Eat warm, cooked food Avoid dry, cold, raw food Avoid too much coffee Herbs Ashwagandha 1tab bd AF Brahmi 1tab bd AF Be regular. Vata improves with routine, warmth, and rest. Sleep will improve in 2–3 weeks if consistent.
