Natural Remedies for Loose Stools and Colon Issues - #50275

For years I've had loose stools, and an exray revealed stuck poop in the the upper right of my colon. I have scoliosis which may affect my colon, I don't know. Now I have a tendon issue on my right hip and I wonder if that's a result of this issue. How can I alleviate this naturally?

Doctors' responses

Hello, I want to ask a few more questions regarding your digestion. 1. Is your stool watery?any mucous or frothy bowel movement? 2.how many times do you pass stools in a day? 3. Do you feel burning sensation in your rectal region after passing bowel? 4. The colour of your stool? Does it stick to the toilet bowl or has any odour? 5.Do you also have any abdominal discomfort or sour belching? How is your appetite? The immediate advice given in case of loose stools is a high fibre diet and honey. But what needs correction here is your digestion.

It’s better if you take hinguashtak choorna in small doses with food, if you are not interested in taking medicines. But 3 gm hinguvachadi choorna taken with ghee and honey on empty stomach followed by 10 gm of bilwadi lehya atleast 1 hour before breakfast. Following a high fiber diet, and 2-3 liters of water can already bring a lot of changes to your condition. You can also take dry ginger powder with little jaggery and a pinged of hing and jeera mixed in water half an hour before food. Also using luke warm water prepared with added jeera is also very beneficial. Then again natural remedies and ayurvedic medicines are highly personalized. Formulations designed for each individuals specific needs. All the above questions needs to be answered for you to receive the best possible care. Feel free to reach out any time Hope you get well soon
