Helicobacter pylori ek bacteria hai jo pet me gas aur bloating karta hai. Agar PPI kit se theek nahi hua, to ho sakta hai bacteria puri tarah khatam na hua ho. Isliye 4 hafte baad dobara test karna zaroori hai.

—Rx:
1)Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tab BD after food
2)Kamdudha Ras (Moti yukta) – 1 tab BD after food
3)Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp HS with lukewarm water
4)Bilwadi vati –1 tab BD before meals
—Takra (buttermilk) + roasted jeera – After lunch daily
----Pathya:
Light diet (khichdi, lauki, moong dal)
Avoid: spicy, fried, tea/coffee, bakery items
Early dinner
Follow up: 15 days
