How to Treat Dark Circles and Improve Skin Health? - #50509

How to get rid of dark circles , they persist even after sleeping well. My lips are always brownish, how to make them naturally pink and soft, they tend to be slightly rough. Too many pimples especially during dry weather and dull skin.
