Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Your symptoms of loose motions, bloating, dry skin, rashes, dizziness, and body aches suggest an imbalance of both Vata and Pitta doshas. Vata is responsible for movement and dryness, while Pitta governs digestion and heat. The fluctuation of symptoms with weather changes indicates a sensitivity to both Vata (cold and dry) and Pitta (hot and oily) conditions.
Loose motions and frequent hunger are signs of Pitta aggravation, often linked with excessive heat and acidity in the digestive system. Bloating and dry skin are typical of Vata imbalance, where irregularity and dryness prevail. The downward acidity and dizziness further point to a disrupted digestive Agni (digestive fire), which can be irregular due to Vata and overheated due to Pitta.
The whole-body connection here is a systemic imbalance where both doshas are aggravated, causing a seesaw effect. When you address Pitta, Vata symptoms worsen and vice versa. This indicates a need for a balanced approach that cools and nourishes without increasing dryness or heaviness.
To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.
Please answer each question as clearly as possible.
1. How often do you experience loose motions, and do they coincide with specific meals or times of the day? 2. When do you notice bloating the most—after meals, in the morning, or at night? Is it accompanied by any particular type of food? 3. Do you feel dryness in your skin more during certain weather conditions or after consuming certain foods? 4. How would you describe your appetite—does it vary significantly with stress or environmental changes? 5. Are there any specific foods or activities that seem to trigger or relieve your dizziness or body aches? 6. How is your energy level throughout the day, especially after eating or during periods of stress? 7. Have you noticed any patterns in your thirst levels—are they higher during specific times, like after meals or in hot weather?
Namaste Mansi, Aapne apni condition ko kaafi achhe se observe kiya hai, aur jo aap keh rahi hain woh bilkul sahi direction mein hai—yeh clear vata + pitta imbalance with unstable agni ka case hai. Isi wajah se jab aap sirf pitta treat karti hain toh vata badhta hai, aur jab vata ko control karti hain toh ama/sticky stool aa jata hai. Isme “ek side treat” karna problem create karta hai. Aapko simultaneously mild pitta control + vata grounding + agni stabilization chahiye. Abhi aap Avipattikar le rahi hain, jo pitta ko reduce kar raha hai lekin thoda ruksha (drying) effect se vata ko aggravate kar raha hai—that’s why dryness, body ache, bloating aa raha hai. 👉 Isko balance karne ke liye aapko uske saath snigdha (unctuous) aur vata-calming support add karna zaroori hai. Simple changes: Khane mein 1–2 teaspoon ghee daily zaroor include karein (very important in your case) Completely dry food, roasted items, excess salads avoid karein Warm, freshly cooked, slightly oily (ghee-based) food lein Long gaps aur fasting avoid karein Home support: Raat ko sone se pehle 1 teaspoon ghee + warm milk (agar suit kare) Ya phir sirf warm water + ghee bhi le sakti hain Isse vata calm hoga aur sticky stool bhi excessive nahi banega Ab medicines pairing: Avipattikar Churna – continue 1 teaspoon at night Iske saath add karein: Shatavari Churna – 1 teaspoon din mein ek baar (preferably evening ya with milk) → pitta ko cool karta hai aur vata ko nourish karta hai Jeerakadyarishta – 2 teaspoon with equal water after meals → agni ko stable karta hai bina dryness badhaye Agar bloating zyada ho kabhi-kabhi: Hingwashtak Churna very small dose (1/4 tsp) only after heavy meals, daily nahi Important understanding: Aapka goal “perfect stool” nahi, balki stable digestion without extremes hona chahiye. Thoda sa softness ya mild stickiness acceptable hai agar baaki symptoms (burning, dizziness, dryness) control mein hain. Aapko 2–3 weeks mein body ache, dryness aur bloating mein balance feel hoga. 6–8 weeks mein digestion zyada stable hone lagega. Aapka approach sahi hai—bas ab usme thoda sa snigdha + mild agni support consistently maintain karna hai 👍
