●Equal amounts: Brahmi Powder Jatamansi Powder Shankhapushpi Powder Bhringraj Powder Mixing Method: Mix all four ingredients in equal quantities and store in a glass bottle. ●Dosage (30 days): 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams) Stick in 1 cup of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes • Morning on an empty stomach and evening 1 hour before meals Benefits: Neuron nourishment, anxiety relief, memory ●Ashwagandha Churna, Gokshura churna ,Safed musali churna , Kaunch churna,Vidarikand churna. Mix all and make 60 packs and take it with warm water 2 times a day after food ● Shilajit + suvarna bhasma with warm water at bed time Do massage with bala Ashwagandha , almond or neem oil

Low testosterone ke saath weakness, fatigue aur sexual performance issues aana common hai, aur yeh mostly low stamina + weak hormonal support + lifestyle imbalance se hota hai. Direct treatment start karein: Ashwagandha churna ½–1 tsp din me 2 baar gune-gune doodh ke saath lein. Shilajit 250 mg din me 1–2 baar lein. Kaunch beej churna ½ tsp subah doodh ke saath lein. Daily 20–30 min exercise zaroor karein, especially strength training ya brisk walk. Diet me doodh, ghee, badam, khajoor include karein aur late nights avoid karein. 2–4 hafton me stamina, erection aur energy me improvement aana shuru ho jata hai.
