Nightfall at 16 is normal, especially if 4–5 times in 15 days. No medicine is usually needed. Avoid taking strong “N-fall tablets” at your age they are not recommended for 16-year-olds. Do this instead Ashwagandha powder ½ tsp with warm milk at night Safed musli ½ tsp with milk (optional) Avoid junk food, too much screen/erotic content Do daily exercise & yoga Sleep before 11 pm, stay relaxed Nightfall will gradually reduce naturally with age and proper routine.

It is natural physiological process in adolescence due to hormone and changes 1) chandraprabha vati- 1 tab twice daily after breakfast and dinner 2) saraswatarishtam- 15 ml mixed with 15 ml water twice daily after food 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Avoid: Excessive red chili, garlic, onions, eggs, and overly oily/fried foods, especially during dinner. Reduce caffeine (tea/coffee) intake. Include: Cooling Foods: Bottle gourd (Lauki), pomegranate, amla, and soaked almonds. A glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric or cardamom at night can be soothing, provided it is taken at least 1 hour before sleep. Ensure adequate water intake during the day, but taper off 2 hours before bed. 1. Wash the feet and ankles with cold water right before lying down. 2. Eat dinner at least 2-3 hours before sleep so the body isn’t hot from digestion overnight. 3. If you drinks milk at night, add a small piece of Mishri (rock sugar) instead of regular sugar to increase the cooling effect. If these two medicines and the lifestyle changes are followed consistently for 21 days, you should see a significant reduction in frequency.

Taken safer medication , as at age 16 yrs Night fall is normal, Avoid seeing and hearing more on sex. Take Ashwagandha lehyam 0-0-1tsp after dinner with water, will help improve strength.
