Your skin problem—redness, itching, and flaky patches—is due to an imbalance of Vata and Pitta doshas. It worsens with weather changes, humidity, heat, and stress. Proper diet, seasonal care, and soothing oil-based treatments can help relieve it. –Diagnosis: Chronic Vicharchika (eczema/dermatitis) – Vata-Pitta imbalance — External (Topical): 1) Aimil Exoskin Cream – Apply thin layer on affected areas twice daily 2) Aimil Ayouthveda Delicate Skin Moisturizer – Apply once daily — Internal : 3) Aimil Amypure Syrup – 2 tsp twice daily after meals 4) Triphala tab 1 at bedtime with warm water —Lifestyle & Diet Advice: Avoid spicy, oily, fried foods; prefer cooling foods Wear cotton, avoid harsh soaps, gentle cleansing only Manage stress (breathing exercises, yoga) —Follow-up: 15 days to assess improvement

●A simple traditional face mask: • Multani mitti - 2 teaspoons Neem powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Manjistha powder - 1/2 teaspoon Mulethi powder - 1/2 teaspoon Sandalwood powder - 1/4 teaspoon • Turmeric - 1 pinch Borosilicate ash - 1/8 teaspoon • Rose water or aloe vera gel - as needed Method: Mix all the ingredients to make a thin paste. Apply it only to the pimple area or in a thin layer all over the face. After 10-12 minutes, wash it off with lukewarm water. This can be used 2-3 times a week. ●Why this paste is considered useful: Neem - Helps cleanse the skin and reduce the tendency to break out. Manjishtha - For redness and old scars. Mulethi - To soothe the skin. Sandalwood - To reduce excess heat and irritation. • Borax Bhasma - For excess oil and inflamed pimples. Multani Mitti - For excess oil and clogged pores. If pimples are very red, painful, or reoccur, another simple remedy is also used. Second remedy: At night, take 1/4 teaspoon of Triphala powder and fennel water in 1 glass of lukewarm water, which cools the body heat. This can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or at night, 1 hour after meals. Triphala and Neem are considered in Ayurveda to reduce excess body heat, digestive disorders, and skin effects. When the stomach, sleep, and daily routine improve, the face often begins to gradually calm down. Also, keep a few small things in mind: Drink enough water during the day Reduce spicy, fried, and excessively sweet foods Don’t touch your face repeatedly Reduce staying up late Don’t squeeze pimples

Weather change ke waqt body ka temperature aur moisture level adjust nahi ho pata, isliye inflammation (laali aur sujan) badh jati hai. ​ Aap ye medicines start kar dijiye… 1. ​Pinda Thailam: Isse face par halke hath se massage karein. Yeh laali aur jalan (burning sensation) ko kam karne mein best hai. Raat ko sote waqt lagayein. 2. ​Mahathikthakam Kwath: 15ml dawai ko 60ml gungune pani ke saath milakar din mein do baar khana khane se pehle lein. Yeh blood purify karke sujan aur papdi (scaling) ko thik karta hai. 3. ​Manjishtadi Kwath: 15ml subah aur sham aadhe cup pani ke saath lein. Yeh skin ki itching aur redness control karne ke liye effective hai. 4. ​Nalpamaradi Kerathailam: Agar dhoop mein jane se dikkat badhti hai, toh ise moisturizer ki tarah lagayein. Yeh skin barrier ko protect karta hai. Face wash ke liye sabun (soap) ka use band karein, sirf thande pani ya moong dal ke powder ka use karein. Jyada mirch-masala aur dahi se parhez karein kyunki yeh Pitta badhate hain.

Hello Samajh sakta hoon ki face par redness, sujan, dryness aur papdi nikalna kaafi uncomfortable hota hai, especially jab weather change me badh jata hai. Aapke case me yeh Pitta + Vata imbalance ka sign hai, jisme skin sensitive ho jati hai, isliye redness, burning aur dryness ek saath aa rahe hain. Focus hona chahiye inflammation ko calm karna aur skin ko hydrate karna. Start karein Gandhak Rasayan 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Khadirarishta 15 ml equal water ke sath din me 2 baar after food Face par sirf aloe vera gel use karein, koi bhi harsh face wash, scrub ya new product avoid karein. Garam paani se face wash na karein, sirf normal water use karein. Diet me spicy, fried aur junk food avoid karein. Coconut water, fruits aur simple khana lein. Stress kam karna bhi zaroori hai, kyunki usse skin flare hoti hai. Yeh condition dheere dheere control me aayegi, bas skin ko calm rakhna hai aur irritate nahi karna hai.
