Suffering with arthritis pain in both knees, limited mobility, Suffering in pains both night and day, have difficulty in getting about, help needed badly. Taking pain medications daily, not much help there,

This condition is called sandhigat vata in ayurveda And due to drying properties of vata the cynovial fluid get dried up and bones rubs each other result in pain. Our approach to treat this is balance the vata dosha and nourishing the joint and redice inflammation. For massage warm the oil indirectly then gentle massage over Joints, let it absorb, after 45-60 minutes wash it with warm water. If u have digestive issues like constipation or gas acidity treating that is also important. You can add triphala powder 1-1 tsp twice a day after meals with warm water.
