Management focuses on calming Vata through warm oil therapies (like Abhyanga with medicated oils), warm and easily digestible food, regular gentle movement, and avoiding cold, dry, and overexerting activities. ----Dx: Sandhivata / Vatavyadhi (post-op degenerative joint disease with neuropathic pain) —Rx: 1) Muscalt Forte (Aimil) – 1 tab BD after food 2) Shallaki MR (Aimil) – 1 tab BD after food 3) Triphala Tablet – 1 tab HS 4) Nervine Syrup – 10–15 ml BD after food 5) Muscalt Forte Oil (Aimil) – local application BD with gentle massage —Advice: Abhyanga with warm sesame oil, Vata-pacifying diet (warm, cooked food), regular gentle walking within tolerance, avoid cold exposure, overexertion, and sudden twisting movements. — follow up after 21 days
