I have rheumatoid and oasteo arthritis and would like advice on benefits and risks using garuga pinnata fir inflammation and pain.

Garuga pinnata has some traditional use for inflammation and joint pain, but its scientific evidence and safety data are still limited, especially for long-term use in rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. Possible benefits: It may help in reducing mild inflammation and pain, but results are not very predictable. Risks and concerns: Can cause stomach irritation in some people Quality/purity of product may vary Possible interaction with your ongoing medicines (like colchicine etc.) No clear data for long-term safety Since your condition is chronic, relying only on this herb is not advisable. Better approach is to use well-established and safer Ayurvedic support along with your current treatment. Maintain warm diet, avoid cold and inflammatory foods, and keep joints active with gentle movement. Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Shallaki (Boswellia) tablet – 1 tablet twice daily These are more reliable for reducing pain and stiffness.
