Yeh pain dubara aana batata hai ki disc area abhi bhi sensitive hai aur heavy weight se strain pad gaya hai. Abhi ke phase me rest sabse important hai. Forward bending, weight uthana aur zyada movement avoid karein. Seedha baithna aur chalna theek hai lekin jhatke wale movement na karein. Garam sek (hot fomentation) lower back par din me 2–3 baar karein. Hard surface par soyein aur posture ka dhyan rakhein. Abhi aggressive exercises ya stretching na karein. Pain kam hone ke baad hi dheere dheere wapas start karein. Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar after food Dashmool kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar Yeh medicines nerve irritation aur inflammation ko kam karne me madad karegi.
