Yeh pain dubara aana batata hai ki disc area par strain pad gaya hai. Abhi acute phase hai, isme rest aur protection zaroori hai. Bilkul heavy weight, bending aur jhatke wale movement avoid karein. Seedha baithna aur halka chalna theek hai, lekin zyada movement na karein. Hard surface par soyein aur posture ka dhyan rakhein. Ghar par din me 2–3 baar garam sek lower back par karein. Abhi koi heavy exercise ya stretching na karein, pain kam hone ke baad hi dheere start karein. Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar after food Dashmool kwath – 15 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar Agar pain pair me zyada fail raha ho, numbness ya weakness badhe, to turant doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai. Since your issue started in 2021 it is now chronic so treatment should focus on vata shaman+ nerve Nourishment and strengthening spine. RX- Tab. Trayodasang gugglu 2 tablets twice a day with Dashmool kwath 10ml twice daily. Cap. Erand 1 tablet after dinner. At night, ashwagandha churna with warm milk. Masage -light massage with mahanarayan tel+ksheer bala tel. Advice for panchakarma- Kati basti Patra pind sweda Refer to nearby panchkarma center. Do light yoga and meditation help in reducing pain.
