Prone masturbation is mainly a habit + conditioning of the mind and body, not a disease. It can be corrected, but it needs gradual control and retraining. Marriage does not cure it permanently. If the habit pattern is strong, it can continue even after marriage. So it is better to correct it beforehand. There is no need for any procedure, training, or nursing supervision for this. Avoid going for any such methods, they are not required and may misguide you. Focus on breaking the habit pattern: Avoid lying on stomach position, especially during sleep. Keep yourself engaged and avoid triggers like isolation, stress, and late-night habits. Regular exercise and proper sleep help a lot. Whenever urge comes, immediately change posture or activity. Do not stay idle. At home, cold water bath and daily breathing/meditation help in controlling impulses. Brahmi tablet – 1 tablet daily Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet at night Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule once daily These help in calming mind and improving control.
