This looks like acute indigestion or mild infection after outside food, leading to loss of appetite and gas. Keep your diet very light for 1–2 days. Avoid oily, spicy, and heavy food. Take simple foods like rice, moong dal, khichdi, or curd rice (if suits you). Do not force eating if appetite is low, but keep taking small portions. Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid cold drinks and outside food completely for now. At home, you can take ginger with a pinch of salt before meals. Jeera water (boiled) can help reduce gas and improve digestion. Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet twice daily before food ORS solution – sip throughout the day This will help control loose motions, reduce gas, and improve appetite gradually. If loose motions continue beyond 2–3 days, or weakness increases, further evaluation is needed. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
