My mother's age is 50. Shi is suffering for waste pain. (Disk problem .) See gape in disk . She is not working in daily routine work. some time very hard pain in leg. That time she doesn't go 50 meter only

Vata dosha’ ke badhne ki wajah se ho rahi hai. Is condition ko Ayurveda mein Gridhrasi kehte hain. Ismein kamar se pair tak dard, sujan, jhanjhanahat hoti hai. Vata badhne se nerves par pressure padta hai, isliye chalne mein dikkat aur dard badh jata hai. Iska treatment Vata ko shaant karna hai—jaise tel se massage (Abhyanga), garam sek (Swedana), aur kuch Ayurvedic medicines aur therapies. Regular treatment se dard dheere-dheere kam ho sakta hai. —Diagnosis: Gridhrasi (Vata Pradhan) — Aimil Medicines 1) Rumalaya Forte Tablet – 2 tablets, twice daily after meals 2) Rumalaya Gel – Local application on lower back, 2–3 times daily 3) Neurofit Syrup – 2 tsp twice daily after meals 4) mahanarayan taila local application with hot fomentation 5) tab trifla 1 tab at night —&Panchakarma Therapies -Kati Basti – Daily / 10 days (for lower back pain) -Patra Pinda Sweda – Daily (reduces stiffness & pain) -Abhyanga (oil massage) – with dhanvantar medicated oil -Basti (medicated enema) –8 days yog basti (best for Vata) —Diet & Lifestyle Avoid: cold food, dry food, heavy lifting Take: warm, oily, easy-to-digest food Use firm bed, avoid long standing — Follow-up Review after 15 days
