How to treat chronic digestion problems and regain health after 8 years of issues? - #53897

Hello im suffering from chronic digestion problem since 8 years when I was thin and I used to took heavy meals and immediately I took sleep to get weight continuous for 10 to 15 days then it started many problems like indigestion toilet are not getting clear bloating headache feels tired quickly and always become gas after eating .I feel ok when my stool get clear .so how to be healthy like before .🙏
