Your symptoms suggest a disturbance of Pitta with weakened Agni (digestive fire), leading to improper digestion of food. This causes Ama formation (undigested toxins), which results in bloating, sticky stools, frequent hunger, and skin issues. Certain foods like heavy meals and fruits (e.g., mango) are aggravating digestion further. The aim of treatment is to kindle Agni, reduce Ama, and balance Pitta, so digestion becomes stable again —continue with old medicines as prescribed Add pravala pishti 125 mg + Dadimashtaka churn3 gm twice daily after meal with Luke warm water –Aahara (Diet): No need to eat daily khichdi…eat healthy and on time breaks Laghu, ushna, freshly cooked food Moong dal, lauki, tori, pumpkin, soft roti with ghee Avoid: mango (aam), curd at night, fried foods, cold drinks —Vihara (Lifestyle): Strict meal timing (3–5 hrs gap) 10–15 min walking after meals Avoid daytime sleeping after meals Warm water throughout the day
Your condition is Pitta aggravation with Mandagni (low digestive fire) + mild Ama (toxins)—that’s why you see loose/sticky stools, bloating, skin issues, frequent hunger but weight gain. You do NOT need a strict kitchari diet to heal this. How your current medicines work Kutajghan → controls loose motion, improves gut tone Bilvadi → reduces Ama, supports digestion Dadimashtaka churna → balances Pitta + improves Agni These can work without kitchari, but diet discipline is still required. Ayurvedic plan (without kitchari) 1. Correct Agni without overheating Pitta Before meals: small slice ginger + pinch rock salt + few drops lemon Avoid strong heating meds regularly (they worsen Pitta long term) 2. Diet rules You can eat normal sabji–roti, just modify: Take: Moong dal, lauki, tori, parwal, pumpkin Old rice or wheat roti with ghee (important) Buttermilk (thin, with roasted jeera) Avoid: Mango (Aam), fried, spicy, curd at night Fermented, bakery, excess oil Eating heavy + light randomly (keep consistency)
What about dadimashtaka should i continue that?
Yes continue dadimastak
