What is causing the severe pain and bump on my left pinky toe that disrupts my sleep? - #54739
I have a bump growing for years very slow the outside base of my left pinky toe, a little touch of my footwear can irritate it,thobbbing pain very severe when I want to fall asleep my shhets cannot touch, this has disrupted my life can’t fall asleep, sometimes it is severe for a few hrs, I take gabapentin and ibuprfen regularly. it hurts like I have a internal gangrion. Showed to a Podiatrist Crays Mri Biopsy all done they said they don’t what looks like regular tissue.

Chronic painful bump near the toe with normal scans suggests local vata aggravation with mamsa/granthi-type growth (similar to fibrous or neuroma-like tissue). Take 1. Internal (pain + vata control) Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food Dashmool Kwath – 20 ml twice daily before food 2. External (very important) Mahanarayan oil – gentle massage twice daily Follow with warm castor oil + dry heat (hot fomentation) 10–15 min 3.
