Your symptoms suggest a combination of Vata aggravation, possible joint inflammation, vitamin B12 deficiency, excess weight strain on the knee, and nerve weakness due to previous peripheral neuropathy. HbA1c 6.8 also indicates borderline/high blood sugar, which can worsen nerve and joint pain. You may start with: Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after meals Mahayograj Guggulu or Ashwagandha capsule may help in nerve weakness and joint support Apply Mahanarayan Taila gently on the knee and do mild hot fomentation daily. Diet & lifestyle: Reduce weight gradually with light walking and stretching. Avoid cold, packaged, fried, and excessive sugary foods. Include sesame seeds, cow ghee in small quantity, warm milk, leafy vegetables, sprouts, and B12-rich foods. Maintain proper sleep and stress control.

Your symptoms suggest an imbalance of Vata dosha, which affects the nerves and joints, leading to knee pain and neuropathy-like symptoms. Low vitamin B12 and high sugar levels further weaken the nervous system and tissues (Dhatus), causing pain and tingling. This condition is also influenced by Meda and Majja dhatu imbalance. With proper diet control, weight management, nerve-strengthening herbs, and regulation of blood sugar, this can be improved gradually. –Aushadhi 1) Maharasnadi Kwath – 20 ml with equal warm water, twice daily after food 2) Ekangveer Rasa – 1 tab twice daily after food (with honey) 3) Nirgundi oil (external application) – knee joint massage twice daily 4) Ashwagandha lehyam– 1 tsf with warm milk at night 4) Madhumehari yoga – 2 tab after meal twice daily — diet Low sugar, low rice intake Barley, green vegetables, moong dal preferred Warm, freshly cooked food Avoid curd at night, fried foods, bakery items –Apathya Cold food, excess walking on hard surfaces Day sleep Excess sweet & refined carbohydrates —Advice Regular walking (as tolerated) Weight reduction Monitor blood sugar regularly Vitamin B12 supplementation as per physician advice
