How to treat heavy nodular acne and dark spots on face and back for a 29-year-old male? - #55271

I am a male 29 age, i have heavy nodular acne on face and back of body from past 3 months due to these acne i got severe pih,dark spots all over the face and back of body.I have no other health issues,no smoking,no alcohol,no outside food,no junk food. Up on research i found, i need to take mahamanjista kwath(15ml), kaisore guggul(2 tabs) , gandhaka rasayana(1 tab), arogya vardhini (1 tab), for 45 days and aswagandha churnam (with milk,a2 cow ghee,honey), chyvanprash (with milk) and for external face kunkumadi tailam, nalpamaradi tailam for body. Do you suggest others or any suggestions??

For nodular acne and dark spots, you can take: Mahamajisthadi Kwath 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Kaishore Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food Gandhak Rasayan 1 tablet twice daily after food Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food for 45 days only Apply Kumkumadi Tailam at night on face dark spots Apply Nalpamaradi Tailam on body 30 minutes before bath Avoid Ashwagandha, excess ghee, honey, and Chyawanprash during active acne as they may increase heat and oiliness in some people. Avoid oily, spicy foods, late nights, and excessive dairy. Drink plenty of water.
