Aapki 43 saal ki umar mein pet saaf nahi hona, bhook nahi lagna, apachan, aur bechaini jaise samasyaen aam tor par Pitta dosha ke imbalance ya Vata dosha ke aggravation ki taraf sanket karti hain. Yeh samasyaen kai kaaranon se ho sakti hain, jaise stress, khana peena, ya digestive system ki samasyaen. Aapne bataya ki aapke saare reports normal hain, lekin phir bhi yeh symptoms kaafi takleef deh ho sakte hain.
Is samasya se nipatne ke liye, aapko kuch Ayurvedic upaayon ka palan karna chahiye. Triphala ek prachin Ayurvedic formulation hai jo digestive health ko sudharne aur constipation se rahat dene mein madadgar hai. Isse aap raat ko sone se pehle paani ke saath 1-2 chamach le sakte hain.
Aap apne diet mein fiber-rich khadyapadarth, jaise sabziyan, phal, aur whole grains shamil karein. Khaas taur par, jeera (cumin) aur adrak (ginger) ka istemal apne khane mein karein, kyunki yeh digestive process ko sudharte hain. Aapki shikayat apachaan, bhook na lagne, aur bechaini se sambandhit hai, jo vata dosha ke vitiation ke karan ho sakti hai. Iska samadhan karne ke liye, aapko apne aahar mein kuch badlav karne chahiye: garam aur pacho bhojan shamil karein, jaise dal, sabziyan (jaise lauki aur turai), aur khichdi, aur din mein 5-6 baar thoda thoda karke khana khayein. **Adrak ki chai** piyein, jo pachaane ko sudharne aur bhook badhane mein madad karega. **Triphala** ka raat ko sona se pehle istemal karein, yeh detoxification aur pachaane mein madad karega. **Ajwain** ka paani bhi achha rahega, jo gas aur apachaan ko kam karne mein sahayak hai.
