Iske liye, apke daily routine mein kuch changes kiye ja sakte hain: khana se pehle adrak aur namak ka chhota tukda lena shuru karein, jo agni ko sudharne mein madadgar hoga. Isse peharet mein accha asar padega aur gas aur bloating mein kami aayegi.

Hair fall aur scalp ke dandruff ke liye, bhringraj oil se week mein do baar champi karein. Yeh balon ki jad tak pahunch aur unki majbooti badhaayega.
