Seeking Guidance on Neem for Persistent Ringworm Treatment - #46974

I have been dealing with persistent ringworm for more than a year. I came to know that neem is best to clear up fungal infection and increase immunity. In what moderation should I take? Can I consume it on empty stomach for three months everyday? To know my medical history - I had ringworm and it cleared up from my legs and under the breast region. But it's on my mons pubis and butt, probably entire butt. My dermatologist put me on oral tablets - itraconazole, terbinafine and topical cream like luliconazole. I used to get hives when I apply luliconazole from both cipla and Glenmark. I have stopped taking allopathic medicines for three months
