What can I do for my dry, painful hands? - #48118

my hands get very dry, hard skin in the palm, scales and it breaks into cuts. its very painful. what should i do. 55 yes man, 81 kilos, 172 cm. thus overweight. might have some thyroid problem, but not sure.
