Is it safe to use rasakarpura for lice treatment? - #48717

I have lice and knits on my hair. I got a suggestion to use rasakarpura mixed with coconut oil and apply it on scalp for 30 mins. Is it safe to apply it on hair on small amounts? Will there be hairloss or itching after that? Is it safe ?
