Internal medicine -
1️⃣ Mahamanjisthadi Kwath Dose: 15 ml How: Mix with equal warm water When: Twice daily, before meals
2️⃣ Gandhak Rasayan Dose: 250 mg (1 tablet) When: Twice daily, after meals With: Lukewarm water
3️⃣ Kaishore Guggulu Dose: 2 tablets When: Twice daily, after meals
4️⃣ Panchtikta Ghrita Dose: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) When: Early morning on empty stomach With: Warm water
🧴 External application Jatyadi Taila or Neem Oil How: Apply gently on affected area When: 1–2 times daily ⚠️ Do not apply on deep open wounds or squeeze boils
If not cure then go for sharsutra
